I-Drive 360
Coming to Central Florida are three globally know brands: The Orlando Eye, Madame Tussauds and Sea Life Acquarium.

The Orlando Eye, the 400-foot cantilevered observation wheel at the heart of the complex, will be a little sister icon to London’s world-famous landmark, providing breathtaking views of Central Florida in all directions within fully enclosed, air-conditioned glass capsules.

Madame Tussauds, the world’s most famous celebrity wax attraction, provides visitors with the ultimate fame experience and its signature red carpet treatment. Madame Tussauds showcases incredibly detailed and lifelike wax figures that lovingly pay tribute to the most influential celebrity and historical figures of our time.

SEA LIFE Acquarium will offer a new wave of underwater adventures with beautiful displays of colorful fish, sharks, jellyfish, sea horses and more, that turn the traditional aquarium observation on its head. Winding tunnels, floor-to-ceiling tanks and bubble aquariums provide an immersive experience for children and adults alike. Additionally, the aquarium, known for its strong conservation efforts, will have unique educational components for young marine life enthusiasts.

All three attractions are scheduled to open in Spring 2015, in addition to numerous shopping and dining options in the complex, adding a new dimension to Orlando’s world-class entertainment options.

World Transportation Exchange
In the historic Eastonville, a multi-million development is in the works.  The so-called World Transportation Exchange would be built near the existing Hungerford Prep, a school which has been empty the past few years. "You will find the EXCEPTIONAL, the UNIQUE, the UNAVAILABLE," proclaims the project website.

The WTE is the brainchild of Clearwater luxury-dealership manager Elliot Kahana, who has collaborated with a South Florida Exotic Car Club founder; an architectural company and development firm from Clearwater; and Zehel's realty group to develop an ambitious plan for what Kahana called the "Tiffany's" of automobiles.

The project would include up to eight stories of "transportation retail" featuring luxury brands such as Ferrari, Rolls-Royce, Lamborghini, Maserati, Aston Martin and Jaguar, as well as Prevost luxury RVs, Trinity and Christensen yachts, and Airbus helicopters and corporate jets.

"It's an entertainment complex that will house the world's most valuable, revered, sought-after high-end automobiles," Kahana said.

Plans also include a 200-room hotel with a 60,000-square-foot conference center, 200,000 square feet of other retail, 500 units of multifamily homes and 400,000 square feet of office space.

In addition, 16 acres would be returned to the town for an "Eatonville Festival Park," which would feature an amphitheater, educational facilities — a deed restriction requires an educational component — a farmers market and a "potential Jazz Hall of Fame."
